Because our client relationships are of primary importance, we hold our college graduates to a very high standard.  We seek graduates with an excellent academic record (a minimum of a 3.5 GPA, or 3.0 GPA for students who work their way through school). 

Half of the firm's partners started as entry-level staff accountants and progressed their way to become partners.  Snyder Cohn differs from the "Big 5" accounting firms because we do not "pigeon hole" our associates into strictly tax or management advisory services.
