Federal Tax Law

  • Key Federal Tax Figures for 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 - a table representing percentages, gross amounts, maximums and minimums relating to individual tax issues.
  • New Tax Law: Sunshine, Sunset, Phase-in, Phase-out - Income tax rates, limits on itemized deductions, personal exemptions, marriage penalties, dependent care credits, child care credits, estate taxes, gift taxes, education credits, retirement plans.  If that partial list of changes in the tax law is not bad enough, when you try to figure out what year what item phases in or phases out or stops or starts, you are doomed to an eternal headache.  HOWEVER, we have prepared a mild aspirin in the form of a ten year spreadsheet outlining when these changes take place.
